You lab report is import tool for you to learn and also for TA to evaluate. We suggest your final lab report should consist of at least following sections. For each section, short description and it’s evaluate percentage are provided.

 

Cover page:  identify yourself and your partners, what is the lab title and number, lab due day and etc. (5%)

 

Purpose: the objective of the activity and what concepts or skills related to lectures are highlighted by this lab. (10%) 

 

Procedure:  major steps you took to accomplish this lab assignment, the problems that you encountered and how you solved them. (35%)

 

 

Data Recording: record the data in each steps of the lab: truth table, Boolean expression, state diagram, schematic, simulation waveform, etc. You should explain your data in words. (40%)

 

 

 

Conclusion: what did you learn? If the results of the lab were not satisfactory, suggest how the activity could be improved (10%)
